- Zuma's Revenge! Adventure

If you played Zuma Deluxe when it came out years ago and loved it as much as I did, then you'll no doubt have been delighted to hear about the follow-up.
Once more, you play a big stone frog who shoots fruit. Bizarre, but addictive! Each level has a windy track that snakes around the screen. Fruit (colored balls) roll along this track, advancing towards the mouth at the end of the circuit.
You shoot to match three or more of the same color and when you make a match, the balls explode. This breaks the snake, preventing the advance of the balls for a moment.
If you break the chain and the balls on either side of the break are the same color, they 'attract' each other and this causes a combo, which can continue. Other bonuses are got for shooting through gaps, shooting actual fruit-shaped fruit, chaining multiple shots together and so on.
One major departure (apart from the rather lame adventure element) is the inclusion of Boss Fights. Every 11th level, you have to defeat a big boss. This is a lot of fun, it's a shame there weren't more of these levels.
I definitely recommend Zuma's Revenge! Adventure, but I did find it more easy than the first game. Superb fun.
