GameHouse has touched on a new breed of time management game. Lisa's Fleet Flight takes the customer service out of the skies (as seen in First Class Flurry in the past) and brought it down to earth.

Running a check-in desk and fragile/oversize parcel service may sound tedious, but it's actually quite fun and has been done very well here.

First thing you'll notice are the graphics, which are super-bright, cartoony and cute. There's some back-and-forth banter between the will-they, won't-they Tom and Lisa between levels of Lisa's Fleet Flight, but this is spoiled somewhat when the same scenes repeat. You would have wanted to finish a level just to see how their personal lives are turning out, but seeing the same snippet of conversation again makes this less compelling.

Passengers arrive and must be checked in. This is simply a case of Lisa clicking on the correct luggage tag, then on their case. Finally you click on the person and the correct gate to direct them to their flight.

Some customers have to pay surcharges before they board, while others have parcels or fragile items that Tom has to wrap and stow safely. As usual for time management games, this all happens more and more quickly, but upgrading to add a coffee machine, amongst other improvements, will help keep a lid on customer patience.

Lisa's Fleet Flight does get a bit tiresome. The difficulty takes a bit too long to ramp up and the repeated conversations are a shame, otherwise it would have scored more highly. If this is your kind of thing, you can get the FULL game FREE from GameHouse Fun Ticket.
