Breeding fish, selling fish, breeding more fish, selling more fish... It sounds like a weird way to spend time, but Fish Tycoon turns out to be surprisingly fun and engrossing, even.

You begin humbly, only able to afford one tank and a couple of common fish. Keep them healthy with drop-in medicines and food and your fishies will breed for you. (This is done by selecting a fish and clicking on another!)

The fun begins with the cross-breeding of fish, which creates whole new breeds. You can then cross-breed the new breeds and so on, discovering new varieties all the time. Give it a try with a 1hr FREE trial from Big Fish Games!

In a while, you'll need to sell fish to make enough money to continue growing the business, so you open your doors to some (rather old-school looking) graphical customers. This section of the game is the weakest and worst dated and you'll wish there were a fast-forward on this screen.

Really the most fun comes from the breeding -- it's a shame there isn't a little bit more to the selling side of the game.
