Cake Mania 3 is head and shoulders above the earlier games in the series. Just ignore the idiotic time-travel storyline and enjoy the gameplay.
The graphics are hugely improved, at the expense of some of the character. A silly dress-up game now comes between levels -- could they be aiming this at girls, by any chance?
Any boys reading this should not switch off, because it's still a great arcade action game which is very challenging and a good, long game.
There's all the usual stuff like power-ups, upgrades for your store and new ways to make money (and stress!). Probably the best in the original series, not counting Main Street, so get it FREE now from GameHouse!
