Make too many short words and burning letters appear. Each time you don't use a burning letter, it sinks closer to the bottom. If a hot letter reaches the bottom, it's game over.

Green and gold letters are your reward for chaining longer words together. Make a seven-letter word and you get a DIAMOND letter, worth huge bonuses when chained!
